We make every attempt to ship your order no later then 48hours from the time we receive it as long as your coffee is available. Since we roast in small batches your coffee might not be available when you order it. In that case we will roast your order and get it out asap. We always want to make sure that your coffee is as fresh as possible.

Please note that any order received after 10am Eastern Time on Friday will be either roasted or shipped on the following Monday. We are also closed during all major holidays and any order received just before or during will be processed and/or shipped after.

We are very aware that rising shipping costs can stand in the way of any on-line purchase. Because of that we offer a variety of shipping methods to choose from using UPS.

Please note that we can NOT ship to a PO Box. We will need an actual address to ship your package to. Currently we only ship inside the continental US, however if you are outside of the continental US and would like to purchase Waterfront coffee please contact us and we will do everything we can to facilitate your shipment.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you do not receive a tracking code within 24hrs of placing your order during normal business hours please contact us as soon as possible.

We also ship to military bases and APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those particular addresses please contact us and we will get it handled.
