We choose to hand pack all our coffee in 12oz stay-fresh bags with built in valves to keep oxygen out while at the same time allowing the coffee to give off it's natural gasses.  We have chosen 12oz bags because quality and freshness is always paramount, and the less coffee you expose to air once the package is opened the better. We also utilize gas flushed packaging for our single pot fractional bags which also maintains freshness. These fractional packages are filled with 2.5oz of fresh roasted coffee one day after its been ground so that it can naturally de-gas before being packaged.

One thing we do recommend, once you open your bag of coffee (whole bean preferably), please place the unused amount into an airtight container and store that in a cupboard or in a cool, dark place. This will keep your coffee as fresh as possible once our package is opened.
