Factory pick up is a great way to get your coffee without having to pay for any shipping. If you are in the area and would like to come by to get your package here's what you need to do:

1. During check-out use the code: Factory Pickup

2. In the Special Instructions box on the Shipping & Arrival page type in: I will be picking up at the factory

3. When you are asked to choose a shipping method choose UPS Ground which should be $0.

Factory pick up is available Tuesdays and Thursdays during the hours of 9am - 11am and 1pm - 3pm. Orders placed on Tuesday or Thursday will be ready for pick up on the following pick up day. If you are only able to pick up your order on a different day please email us at sales@waterfrontroasters.com and put Factory Pick up in the subject. We will work to accomodate your schedule if possible.
