Our Sumatra Mandheling is bright and fun. With a burst of citrus that leaves you wanting to sip often, this exciting coffee exemplifies the full richness of this growing region's coffee. As the coffee cools you will experience even more brightness and the unique flavors of this select coffee. Grown at altitudes between 2500 and 5000 feet and named after the Mandheling people, this select coffee is sure to tantalize you.

Body: Medium-Bold

Roast: Medium-Light

Acidity: Bright, Citrus

Brewing Suggestions: 2-3 Tablespoons or about 25g of fresh ground coffee for every 12-13oz (about 375g) of filtered water. This makes a nice cup or two of coffee, but you'll want to experiment with quantities to find your perfect cup. Please also remember that how coarse or fine you grind your coffee effects its strength, as well as the brewing method you choose.

Sumatran coffees are one of the most distinguishable out there...unfortunately, and this is based on two orders, you need to read the label to know this is a Sumatran.
