Our Rwanda Bourbon is earthy with hints of sweet citrus, caramel and floral chamomile notes. This East African coffee is produced by several cooperatives and private wet mills. Rwanda is particularly suited to grow high quality Arabica coffee because of it's high altitude, volcanic soil, abundant sun and equatorial mist.

Acidity: Bright
Brewing Suggestions: 2-3 Tablespoons or about 25g of fresh ground coffee for every 12-13oz (about 375g) of filtered water. This makes a nice cup or two of coffee, but you'll want to experiment with quantities to find your perfect cup. Please also remember that how coarse or fine you grind your coffee effects its strength, as well as the brewing method you choose.
