Our Malawi AA is smooth with crisp acidity. Citrus and floral notes are upfront and the finish is clean and mild. As this coffee cools more citrus notes surface. The Mapanga Estate is located around 4000 feet in the Tea growing regions of the Southern Highlands of Malawi. Though it is the smallest coffee producing nation in East Africa, this land-locked region has been producing some of the best coffees for more than 100 years.

Acidity: Bright

Brewing Suggestions: 2-3 Tablespoons or about 25g of fresh ground coffee for every 12-13oz (about 375g) of filtered water. This makes a nice cup or two of coffee, but you'll want to experiment with quantities to find your perfect cup. Please also remember that how coarse or fine you grind your coffee effects its strength, as well as the brewing method you choose.
