Our Organic El Salvador Cuzcachapa coffee is rich and smooth with a hint of acidity to brighten. This wet processed, Bourbon varietal also has a clean, extended aftertaste that will be sure to please. Organic El Salvador Cuzcachapa (Sacred Waters) coffee is grown on environmentally friendly coffee plantations. 

Body: Medium-Bold
Roast: Medium
Acidity: Mild
Brewing Suggestions: 2-3 Tablespoons or about 25g of fresh ground coffee for every 12-13oz (about 375g) of filtered water. This makes a nice cup or two of coffee, but you'll want to experiment with quantities to find your perfect cup. Please also remember that how coarse or fine you grind your coffee effects its strength, as well as the brewing method you choose.
