French Vanilla Decaf

Vanilla has always been a sought after flavor and is one of the most expensive spices. Derived from orchids and native to Mexico, author Frederic Rosengarten, Jr. says of vanilla, it is a "pure, spicy, and delicate" flavor with a floral aroma.

Body: Medium

Roast: Medium

Acidity: Mild

Brewing Suggestions: 2-3 Tablespoons or about 25g of fresh ground coffee for every 12-13oz (about 375g) of filtered water. This makes a nice cup or two of coffee, but you'll want to experiment with quantities to find your perfect cup. Please also remember that how coarse or fine you grind your coffee effects its strength, as well as the brewing method you choose.
