Authentic, bold tasting coffee in a “nearly” French Roast. This truly New York inspired blend has hints of nutty-chocolate flavors accompanied by a full-bodied finish. With a smooth and silky mouth feel and a bold aftertaste, this is definitely a great anytime coffee.

Body: Medium-Bold

Roast: Medium-Bold

Acidity: Mild

Brewing Suggestions: 2-3 Tablespoons or about 25g of fresh ground coffee for every 12-13oz (about 375g) of filtered water. This makes a nice cup or two of coffee, but you'll want to experiment with quantities to find your perfect cup. Please also remember that how coarse or fine you grind your coffee effects its strength, as well as the brewing method you choose.
