Our Kona Blend is a delightful balance of island coffees. All three of these aromatic and distinctive coffees are grown at high elevations with an abundance of morning sunshine, and rich volcanic soil. We slow roast each varietal separately to its optimal shade, and when blended together they produce a smooth, medium-bodied coffee with sweet balanced flavors and upfront acidity.

Body: Medium-Bold

Roast: Medium

Acidity: Medium

Brewing Suggestions: 2-3 Tablespoons or about 25g of fresh ground coffee for every 12-13oz (about 375g) of filtered water. This makes a nice cup or two of coffee, but you'll want to experiment with quantities to find your perfect cup. Please also remember that how coarse or fine you grind your coffee effects its strength, as well as the brewing method you choose.
