Waterfront Roasters is committed to providing you the best quality product and we appreciate your business. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will refund or credit the cost of the products you ordered 100%.
Because coffee is a perishable item all refund or credit requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order (based on the tracking info provided through UPS or USPS).
All opened products must be shipped back with at least 80% still in the original bag. In this case 80% would mean that you only made 1 pot of coffee or used approximately 2oz of coffee from the bag(s) in question.
If you bought multiple bags of the same product you must return those unopened bags as well. Once we receive your returned products we will review the request and issue you a credit or refund for those items. Credits will come in the form of a Coupon Code which you can apply to any future order. Refunds can only be made to the original card used to purchase the products.
If for some reason you received damaged product please contact us within 24-48 hours of receipt. Failure to do so within this time frame will void any claim.
If you do not return any product, you will not receive a refund or credit.
To process your return you must first contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and request an RMA number. This number allows us to identify your return and process your request as quickly as possible. We can not honor any return without an RMA number. Any product returned without an RMA number will be denied any credit or refund.

If, however, you received a damaged item due to shipping we will refund the original shipping costs and provide a shipping credit toward your next purchase for that amount. Customers are responsible for the cost to ship any products back to Waterfront for a refund or credit, including any damage incurred while in transit back to us.
